In this section I have included most of the common Swahili fruits. As I remember I will include more of the Swahili names of stuff. As you will notice, if we do not have a word in Swahili, we freely borrow from English or any other language (based on where that item comes from and who brings it), for instance Chapatti is Indian food, we did not have it, we got the food and the name from them. The variation in the names lies only in the way the word is said in Swahili.
