Again just a reminder, most greens are called vegetables AND when anything that you eat with main meal is called 'kitoweo' [keeto way oh]. If you eat rice with chicken, then the chicken will be the 'kitoweo' part of the meal. While rice with spinach, will make spinach the 'kitoweo' part of it. So any 'mboga' can be kitoweo
